Shredr ("we", "our", "us") provides AI-driven document automation and integrations for small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Account and Contact Information: name, email, company, job title, phone number when you register or request a demo.
• Payment & Billing: billing name, billing address, and payment information processed by our payment processors.
• Usage and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, features used, and other analytics collected through cookies or similar technologies.
• Document Data: documents you upload or connect to Shredr for processing (text, attachments, metadata). You remain responsible for the data you provide; we process it to deliver our services.
• Mobile Phone Numbers: the mobile phone number you provide when consenting to receive SMS notifications (e.g. during airport valet enrollment).
• SMS Opt-In Records: a record of every opt-in including the phone number, timestamp, operator ID, consent script version, and confirmation of verbal consent.
• Message Delivery Metadata: delivery status, timestamps, and carrier responses associated with SMS messages we send on your behalf.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and improve our services, communicate with you, process payments, provide support, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Document data is processed to extract, transform and route information per your instructions.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the transactional messages described in our SMS Notifications and Consent page. We do not use this information for marketing or promotional messaging.

SMS and Mobile Information

No mobile information collected through SMS opt-in will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing & Disclosure

We may share information with third-party service providers (hosting, analytics, payments, email delivery), with your consent, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Third-Party Integrations

When you connect external services (ERP, accounting, MES, cloud storage), data flows between Shredr and those services per the integration settings you configure. You should review those providers' privacy policies as well.

Cookies & Online Tracking

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or mailing address. • Message delivery metadata: retained for 24 months.
• Account and contact information: retained for the life of the account plus 7 years for tax and contractual purposes.
• Document data: retained per the data retention settings configured in your workspace.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of SMS at any time. To exercise those rights, contact us at support@shredr.ai. You can also unsubscribe from SMS by replying STOP to any Shredr SMS message.

Children

Our services are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
