Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shredr's website, platform, or any service offered by Shredr Inc. (“Shredr,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Shredr provides an AI-powered document processing and operations automation platform, including integrations with third-party systems (ERP, accounting, MES, cloud storage), AI-assisted dashboards, and workflow automation tools.

Shredr also operates SMS-based services that support partner operations, including the airport valet pickup notification service at Appleton International Airport (ATW). See our SMS Notifications and Consent page for details.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or providing consent.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Only provide phone numbers for SMS opt-in that you own or have explicit authorization to enroll.

SMS Communications

By opting in — verbally during phone payment for a Shredr service, or by replying STARTto a prior Shredr message — you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Shredr at the mobile number you provide.

• Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to any messages you receive.
• Message frequency varies based on your service usage. A typical valet customer receives one to two messages per transaction.
• Reply STOP to any Shredr SMS to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for support contact info.

Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Shredr does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

SMS message delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shredr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.

Shredr's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Shredr in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Shredr Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
